Back in 2000 I decided to have a BBQ for my father's 65th birthday. I caught the "BBQ bug" as it's called.
I've also done fund raisers for Erie Cathedral Prep baseball, being dubbed as the "food and beverage manager".
I have also catered parties for family and friends. I'm looking forward to providing the best Erie BBQ for individuals and catering parties.
